FTSE LIVE: Economy grows 0.2% in November; Virgin and Stobart swoop on Flybe; Debenhams shares plunge; Top index climbs back above 7000

Virgin Atlantic and Stobart Group have teamed up to rescue of regional airline Flybe in a deal that values the firm at £2.2million and will see the creation of a new airline group.
A few more retailers are issuing festive sales figures today. Online electricals firm AO World said UK sales jumped 8.2 per cent in the Golden Quarter, which covers both Christmas and Black Friday.
Meanwhile, sales at Lidl were 8 per cent higher in December, including a 33 per cent leap in its premium Deluxe range.
